Cormons, heart of Collio, Collio hills – (Day 1)

Guests will arrive in Cormons, the heart of Collio and greeted in the Enoteca situated in the historical piazza of this charming little town.
Passion and love drive the work of the people inside the Enoteca and they will illustrate this trip along the “nectar of the gods” road where guests will discover a spectacular land and its genuine people.
Travelling along the Collio hills, guests will see the neatly planted vines and will have the opportunity to meet 3 winemakers and be introduced to some secrets of their winemaking techniques.
Wine tasting and local specialities will be offered.
The trip will take guests along 30km of winding roads for about 4 hours enjoying unique locations and the emotions they inspire.
At the end of this moving experience, guests will be taken to a prestigious B&B that will be their chosen accommodation.
Dinner will be a gourmet experience with local and traditional food specialities paired with Collio wines.

Overnight stay.

4 hour cycling tour, taste some of the best local cheeses, three countries specialities – (Day 2)

Guests will be briefed by the guide on the 25 km – 4 hour cycling tour.

Cycling around Cormons and the surrounding area, guests will discover:, the little church of San Quirino, Borgo San Giovanni, the Ara Pacis Mundi and the Medea park. On the way back a stop to the Zoff farm will be an occasion to taste some of the best local cheeses.

Dinner will be at a local restaurant where the cuisine is a blend of three countries specialities. Care and attention is paid to every dish. Overnight stay.

Guests will have the possibility to order some bottles of wine at the Enoteca di Cormons, the pivotal point around which this area’s winemakers rotate.
