Surrounded by the levee of the Judrio River, the restaurant is immersed in the green of the vineyards, on the border between Collio and Colli Orientali, just a few hundred metres from Slovenia.
The vegetable garden, visible from the large windows of the dining room, communicates the two fundamental elements of our cuisine: seasonality and territory, expressed through the beauty and freshness of our ingredients.
OUR DISHES. Crème caramel of topinambur, apple and mixed leaf salad, risotto with bone marrow, lemon, rucola and cardamom, sweetbread terrine with rosemary, lettuce, roast cauliflower and anchovies.
